One person was injured after a fire at a town house on Paris Street.

Fire crews were called out to 1960 Paris just before 5 o’clock this morning.

A woman was taken to hospital suffering from smoke inhalation.

Damage is estimated at $50,000.

It’s believed the fire started in the kitchen prompting Greater Sudbury Fire Services to remind residents not to leave anything on the stove unattended.
