A 39-year old Sudbury man is facing a number of charges including Break, Enter and Theft after the City Surplus store on Notre Dame was broken into on two different occasions.

The culprit broke the front glass door on February 12th and 18th and stole merchandise worth more than 5-thousand dollars.

Greater Sudbury Police used security video to identify a suspect who was arrested and appeared in court yesterday.

Stolen property was recovered from a residence after a search warrant was executed.
