The Juno Awards are holding off on announcing their 2020 winners.

After much consideration, the Juno’s are planning to hold off indefinitely on announcing this year’s winners. The organization will instead shift their focus to supporting the music community.

Artists will have their day “when it’s appropriate” according to the awards. The show cancelled earlier this month amid growing COVID-19 concerns.

Some of this years nominees include Bryan Adams, The Blue Stones, and City and Colour.

The Dirty Nil, Headstones, Sum 41, Big Wreck and the Glorious Sons are all vying for Rock Album of the Year.

The Juno Awards were scheduled for March 15 at SaskTel Centre in Saskatoon.
